Registrants travelling from outside China must have appropriate travel documents; delegates travelling from some countries may require a visa, for more information contact your local embassy.
In some cases, registered delegates may require a letter to support their visa applications for travel to China; this may be requested by contacting pedg2010@vip.163.com.

Technical tours
During PEDG2010, the Conference Secretariat will offer two free-charged technical tours to delegates to:
- The first Lab of Distributed Generations, HeFei University of Technology, Hefei.
Besides, the Conference Secretariat has also negotiated a special discount rate with the Travel agent to offer a three-day exploring around tour to the World Natural and Cultural Heritage sites - Mount Huangshan. Mount Huangshan is 200 kilometers from Hefei of Anhui province. It is one of China's ten best-known scenic spots. Mount Huangshan is celebrated for having all the features of mountain scenery. It is known as the No. 1 Mountain Under heaven.

Ⅰ. Tour Shedule
6.19（Sat.）：Hefei—Yi County，Xidi，Hongcun
D1(June.19th, Saturday): Set out From Hefei for Yi County, a tour of World Cultural Heritage Sites - Xidi (about 1.5 hours), then go ahead to World Cultural Heritage Sites - Hongcun (about 1.5 hours), Later to Tangkou for the night.
Night stay: Tangkou
6.20 (Sun.): Mount Huangshan, Tunxi Old Street
D2(June.20th, Sunday): After breakfast, go to the World Natural and Cultural Heritage Sites - Mount Huangshan , touring of Shixin Peak, Beihai Scenic Area, Guangming Hilltop, Tianhai Scenic Spot, Aoyu Peak, Strip of Sky, Hundred Steps Ladder, Yuping Tower and Welcoming pine. Then to Tunxi to visit Tunxi Old Street.
Night stay: Tunxi
6.21（Mon.）：Huashan Mysterious Grottoes，Tangyue Memorial Archways，Garden of Family Bao，She County -Hefei
D3(June.21th, Monday): After breakfast, visit a Chinese key scenic spot in jianjiang Scenic area - Huashan Mysterious Grottoes, then go to Shexian to visit the outstanding logo of Huizhou Culture - Tangyue Archway Group, Garden of Family Bao., returning back to Hefei after lunch.
