IEEE PEDG2010 Author's Registration Information

 

 The Registration has been open. Before registration , please read the following registration information carefully and go to the following “ Payment Procedure” to access to the registration linkage.

 

Author's Registration Information

 For your paper to be presented at the conference and published in the conference proceedings, at least one author must register by May 10, 2010. For authors with multiple accepted papers, full registrations are required for all individual papers (i.e. each paper needs a full registration). Oral and Poster Papers which are not presented during the conference will NOT be included in the IEEE Xplore and EI database.

 The early bird full registration rates until May 10, 2010 are as follows:

• $200 (USD) (or ￥1350) if you are an IEEE member or a student
• $300 (USD) (or ￥2050) if you are not an IEEE member

 The full registration rates after May 10, 2010 are as follows:

• $240  (or ￥1600)  if you are an IEEE member or a student
• $350 ( or ￥2400 ) if you are not an IEEE member

 All full registrations include the following package.

 

Registration Package:

• Access to all plenary talks, oral and special sessions
• All nutrition breaks (breakfast, breaks, lunches)
• The welcoming reception and awards night banquet
• Registration package with the conference proceedings in electronic format

* May 10, 2010 is the last day for Authors to register and upload their papers.

 

Payment Procedure

 

 Registration fees may be paid by credit card (MasterCard or VISA card) or by bank telegraphic transfer.

 For the registration paid by credit card please download the registration form,fill up the form and e-mail a scanned form or FAX the form to the IEEE PEDG2010 Registration Manager. Details are provided on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

 

 Registrations may be cancelled up to, and including May 10, 2010. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Each cancellation is subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee. Authors who cancel their registrations will have their papers withdrawn.

Hotel information

 

 Hilton Hotel, Hefei is the conference venue. The Conference Secretariat has negotiated a special discount rate with the hotel at the discount room rate of ￥500 per room per night. In addition, the Conference Secretariat has also reached agreement with Airuide Hotel which is located about 100 meters away from Hilton Hotel at the discount room rate of ￥180.00 per room per night. Important Traveler's Information  

 

 Registrants travelling from outside China must have appropriate travel documents; delegates travelling from some countries may require a visa, for more information contact your local embassy.

 In some cases, registered delegates may require a letter to support their visa applications for travel to China; this may be requested by contacting pedg2010@vip.163.com .
